Sessions will be focused on uncovering, expressing and integrating cellular level trauma keeping you from realizing the full expression of who you are: powerful, creative, passionate, joyful, ALIVE.

Each program is custom-tailored to the client and may include:

-Weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions over Zoom or in-person in Los Angeles, CA

-Participation in a men's group
